Targets per athlete and per day type: class days, practice, competition and travel. Lumo turns them into meals, menus and nudges.
Lumo Fit for athletic departments
One fueling plan for every team
Lumo Fit turns each team dietitian's plan into every meal, around class schedules, practice and travel, then sets what athletes actually ate next to the load, sleep and lab data your staff already collects. Across every sport, from one dashboard.
Designed for the tools your staff already uses

A department fuels hundreds of athletes with a handful of dietitians, around lectures, labs and bus schedules. The plan is in someone's head, a spreadsheet, and a whiteboard at the fueling station.
Lumo Fit gives every athlete one living fueling plan, carried into the training table and lined up against what each team's staff measures.
The athletic department view. One dashboard across every sport, and a view each team's staff signs into.
Switch from basketball to gymnastics to swimming without changing tools. The plan follows the class schedule, the fueling station and the training table.
A sport switcher at the top of every screen. Under it, each team on its own schedule: class blocks, practice, lifts, treatment and travel, with meals and snacks placed in the gaps. Fueling stations and the training table get stock and portion lists from every team's plans combined. Each sport's staff sees only its own athletes, with the sport's own feature, from weight-class plans to doubleheader windows.
Since 2014 the rules have allowed schools to provide unlimited meals and snacks to student-athletes, so the question moved from whether to feed them to how well. A handful of sports dietitians cover dozens of teams on different calendars. A department view is the only way one person can see who is under-fuelled this week across all of them, and give each team's staff a screen that speaks its sport.

- 20 ha week is the in-season cap on countable athletic activity. Fueling fills the other 148.

Rule references are general and current to our knowledge; your compliance office has the final word. Activity caps and meal rules differ by division and are not nutrition advice.

One plan, every role
Carbs, hydration and recovery meals lined up against practice load, lift data, force plates and sleep.
Iron, vitamin D and body composition next to intake, visible only to the staff who should see them.
See it across a whole department. A working concept with a fictional university, fictional athletes and synthetic data.
Game night at Northbridge University
It's 16:20 on a Thursday, men's basketball tips off at 19:00, with class and the trip to Eastgate tomorrow, and twenty-one other teams on their own schedules. Step into the shoes of the director of sports nutrition, switching sports from one dashboard.
- Switch sports and see each team's day
- Open a player's road-trip plan: tonight's game, class and the trip tomorrow, the next game away
- Check fueling station stock and the training-table menu
- Hand a team's view to its own staff

Every athlete at a glance

See what fueling moves

Energy intake against training load across a semester. Pre-competition carbs against each sport's own output measure. Iron status against intake in the distance groups. Lumo lines intake up with the data each team already collects and shows how strong each relationship is, with the sample size next to it, so your staff draws the conclusion.
Every team, one screen

Who is under-fuelled across the department this week, which team travels Friday, who needs a recheck before practice. Coaches get readiness for their team; medical detail stays with medical staff.
Menus the dining staff can cook from

Training-table menus, fueling station stock and travel orders, all calculated from every team's plans combined. Athletes see their plate in the Lumo app and the station knows what runs out by Thursday.

Since 2014 the rules have allowed schools to provide unlimited meals and snacks to student-athletes. Lumo plans what to serve and when; what a department may provide, and how it is reported, stays with your compliance office. We keep the language general on purpose and will work from your institution's own policies.
Yes. Access follows sport and role. A team's dietitian, S&C coach, athletic trainer and head coach see their own roster, with medical detail limited to medical staff. The director of sports nutrition sees the department.
An athlete has one plan. If an athlete competes in two sports, both teams' schedules feed the same plan and both staffs see them. Club and intramural teams are out of scope for the department view today.
Yes. Wrestling and lightweight rowing get safe weight-class plans with hydration checks, and the distance, gymnastics and swimming groups get a low-energy-availability screen. Each sport's page describes its feature. Clinical follow-up stays with your medical staff; Lumo flags, it does not diagnose.
Lumo for college athletic departments. It turns the dietitian's fueling plan into meals, menus and nudges for athletes and the team kitchen, and lines intake up with the performance, sleep and medical data your staff already collects.
We're building first-party connectors for the tools performance staff use most: athlete tracking and load, sleep and HRV wearables, force plates, body composition, lab results and athlete management systems. On our list: Catapult, Firstbeat, KINEXON, Polar, Sportlogiq, league tracking data, Teamworks, Gatorade Gx, Dexcom, WHOOP, Oura, Hawkin Dynamics, VALD, InBody, Hologic DXA, Kitman Labs, Edge10, LifeLabs, Garmin and Apple Health. None of these are partnerships yet. Tell us your stack when we reach out and we'll prioritise it.
Access follows the role. Dietitians and medical staff see labs and body composition; strength and conditioning sees fueling next to load; coaches see readiness summaries. Athletes see their own plan in the Lumo app.
No. Your dietitian sets the targets and approves the plan. Lumo carries it into every meal, on the road too, and brings the signal back before it becomes a problem.
No. The team, the athletes and every number in the demo are fictional, generated for illustration. Athlete portraits are AI-generated and do not depict real people. When we work with a team, we build their preview on their own roster, privately.
