Targets per player and per day type: game day, the game week, camp and travel. Lumo turns them into meals, menus and nudges.
Lumo Fit for pro and college football staff
Fueling that shows up in the fourth quarter
Lumo Fit turns your dietitian's plan into every meal for every position group, at the facility, at home and on the road, then sets what players actually ate next to the GPS, force-plate and sleep data your staff already collects.
Designed for the tools your staff already uses
Plugs into your stack, so nobody re-types a number.Connectors in development for tracking and load, sleep and HRV, force plates, body composition, labs and athlete management. Logos are trademarks of their owners and do not imply partnership.
Your staff tracks every rep, sprint and snap count. What a 300-pound lineman ate between Wednesday practice and the Friday weigh-in still lives in a group chat.
Lumo Fit gives every player one living fueling plan, sized to the position group, carried into the team kitchen and lined up against what happens on Sunday.
Position-group fueling. A 320 lb guard and a 190 lb corner do not need the same day.
Energy, carbs and sweat plans by position group, through the game week and the Friday weigh-in, with each player's own numbers inside the group.
The roster split the way your staff already splits it: line, backs, receivers, secondary, specialists. Each group has its own energy and carb targets by day of the week, its own sweat and sodium profile from testing, and its own kitchen stations. Inside the group, every player's plan is their own, and the weigh-in trend sits next to what they ate.
No other team sport carries a 130-pound spread across one roster. A lineman in camp can need twice the energy of a corner, and both sweat differently under pads in August. One team menu cannot serve both. The game week has a shape, heavy early, lighter and higher-carb towards kickoff, and the weigh-in is where unplanned weight loss or gain shows up first.
- 130 lbbetween a 320 lb guard and a 190 lb corner on the same roster, with the same team kitchen.
- 1–4 g/kgof carbohydrate in the one to four hours before kickoff, scaled to each player's body mass.
- 4 × 15 minquarters, with about eleven minutes of live ball across a three-hour game.
Carbohydrate guidance from the 2016 joint position stand on nutrition and athletic performance. Your dietitian sets each player's actual targets.

Game day vs Granite Falls
It's 16:20 on a Sunday, kickoff at 20:20. Step into the shoes of the team dietitian four hours out, with the week's weigh-ins behind you and the locker-room snack due.

Pre-game carbs against fourth-quarter sprint speed. Net body-mass loss in the heat against second-half high-intensity efforts. Camp energy intake against lean-mass change on the line. Lumo lines intake up with the data you already collect and shows how strong each relationship is, with the sample size next to it, so your staff draws the conclusion.
The whole roster, one screen

Who is under-fuelled before kickoff, who needs fluids before warm-up, who sweats out the most sodium. Coaches get readiness; medical detail stays with medical staff.
Menus the chef can cook from

Pre-game stations, portions at the pass and hotel orders on the road, all calculated from each player's targets. Players see their plate in the Lumo app.

Weight targets stay with your dietitian and head of strength. Lumo shows the weekly weigh-in trend next to what each player ate, by position group, and flags a lineman losing lean mass in camp or a skill player gaining in the bye week, before it becomes a conversation in the coaches' room.
Yes. The same game-week plan runs around class days, Saturday kickoffs and bus trips. Programs inside an athletic department should also look at the college page, which adds a department view across every sport.
Camp is its own day type with its own targets, usually the highest of the year. Sweat testing in the first week sets each player's sodium plan, and the kitchen gets portions per station from the whole roster's plans.
Lumo for pro and college football programs. It turns the dietitian's fueling plan into meals, menus and nudges for players and the team kitchen, and lines intake up with the performance, sleep and medical data your staff already collects.
We're building first-party connectors for the tools performance staff use most: player tracking and load, sleep and HRV wearables, force plates, body composition, lab results and athlete management systems. On our list: Catapult, Firstbeat, KINEXON, Polar, Sportlogiq, league tracking data, Teamworks, Gatorade Gx, Dexcom, WHOOP, Oura, Hawkin Dynamics, VALD, InBody, Hologic DXA, Kitman Labs, Edge10, LifeLabs, Garmin and Apple Health. None of these are partnerships yet. Tell us your stack when we reach out and we'll prioritise it.
Access follows the role. Dietitians and medical staff see labs and body composition; strength and conditioning sees fueling next to load; coaches see readiness summaries. Players see their own plan in the Lumo app.
No. Your dietitian sets the targets and approves the plan. Lumo carries it into every meal, on the road too, and brings the signal back before it becomes a problem.
No. The team, the players and every number in the demo are fictional, generated for illustration. Player portraits are AI-generated and do not depict real people. When we work with a team, we build their preview on their own roster, privately.
