Lumo Fit for pro and college soccer staff

Fueling that shows up in the last fifteen

Lumo Fit turns your dietitian's plan into every meal, at the training ground, at home and on the road, then sets what players actually ate next to the GPS, force-plate and sleep data your staff already collects.

    The gap

Your staff knows every player's distance, high-speed metres and sprint count by Monday morning. What they ate the night before the second match of the week still lives in a group chat.

Lumo Fit gives every player one living fueling plan, carried into the training-ground kitchen and lined up against what happens on the pitch.

Fixture congestion and the halftime top-up. Carb loading scaled to distance covered, recovery between matches, and fifteen minutes to refuel the starters.

Three matches in eight days. The player who covered 12 km on Saturday needs a different Sunday and Monday than the one who came on for ten minutes.

    What it is

A match-week plan that reads the GPS feed. Carb loading in the day before each match is scaled to each player's expected distance; the halftime top-up gives the starters a bottle and a gel-sized dose timed to the whistle; and the recovery window after the match is sized to the metres each player actually ran, so a substitute is not fed like a starter.

    Why it matters in soccer

Outfield players cover ten to twelve kilometres a match, and the last fifteen minutes are where matches are decided and where muscle glycogen runs lowest. Congested weeks give less than three days to recover and reload. Halftime is the only in-match window and it is fifteen minutes long, with the team talk in the middle of it.

    • 10–12 kmcovered by outfield players in a typical match. The recovery meal is sized to each player's metres.
    • 15 minat halftime. The only in-match window, shared with the team talk.
    • 3 in 8matches in days during a congested week, with fewer than three days between them.

    FAQ

Questions from performance staff. Anything else, email us.

Yes, for men's and women's programs. The same match-week plan runs on two matches a week, class days and bus trips. Programs inside an athletic department should also look at the college page, which adds a department view across every sport.

The starters' bottles and top-ups are on the bench before kickoff, labelled per player. Nothing is decided at halftime; the plan was set from the sweat test and the day's forecast, and the kit staff just hand it out.

Their recovery plan is sized to what they did. A player who came on for ten minutes gets a normal evening meal, not a starter's refuel, and the next day's training plan picks up the difference.

Lumo for pro and college soccer programs. It turns the dietitian's fueling plan into meals, menus and nudges for players and the team kitchen, and lines intake up with the performance, sleep and medical data your staff already collects.

We're building first-party connectors for the tools performance staff use most: player tracking and load, sleep and HRV wearables, force plates, body composition, lab results and athlete management systems. On our list: Catapult, Firstbeat, KINEXON, Polar, Sportlogiq, league tracking data, Teamworks, Gatorade Gx, Dexcom, WHOOP, Oura, Hawkin Dynamics, VALD, InBody, Hologic DXA, Kitman Labs, Edge10, LifeLabs, Garmin and Apple Health. None of these are partnerships yet. Tell us your stack when we reach out and we'll prioritise it.

Access follows the role. Dietitians and medical staff see labs and body composition; strength and conditioning sees fueling next to load; coaches see readiness summaries. Players see their own plan in the Lumo app.
